Couldn’t display all of my sites for more than ten minutes! I got the “cannot find server” prompt in my browser.

There must be a downtime but I didn’t receive any notification prior to this. Tried logging in to the webhost site to issue a ticket but lookie, lookie, I got the “cannot find server” again! Haaaay, I’m already too tired of all these unexpected downtimes.

Can I just say that I haven’t experienced frequent downtimes, or noticed there were any, in my previous webhost?

Here’s a mini-harvest I did one morning. Okra salad anyone? 

My brother grows vegetables, fruit-bearing trees etc… on a lot which he recently bought located just infront of us.

Everyone in the family, me included, thinks setting a vegetable garden is as wise a move as buying the property. 

It’s a huge blessing. And I always fancy eating fresh veggies every meal.

Rooted from the concept that we “create” our homes, the book offers practical and easy suggestions in organizing our homes, leading to a more balanced and meaningful lifestyle.

Reading the book from its first page, I instantly liked it  because of the charming images of  some homes and their interior.  It somehow echoes a longing in me to have my own abode. (BTW, more photos of homes and designs can also be seen throughout the book.)

And when I read through the first parts of the book, I appreciate it more for its step-by-step approach to “creating our homes.”   Not only does it have instructions that are easy to follow but the exercises are relevant to self-discovery and creation.   It also includes a handy notebook where we can jot ideas and inspiration.

Going through the steps (on a weekly basis), I realized that they slowly and carefully show us a window into our self, leading us to discover what are important and satisfying to us, and  what we really want  in our homes, in our lives.  Moreover, the suggestions are always ringing  of positivity.  Indeed, Comfort Living leads you in a journey where you can create limitless possibilities to make your house a home and to make everyday living comfortable as well as enjoyable.

That said, I consider Comfort Living a treasure. Infact, it made me want to immediately bring the concept into action. But living with my parents, I can only do as much as “revamping” our room. But one day soon, when I (and my family) finally get our own place, I hope to follow the suggestions I’ve read in this book.

Timely schedule of release of a Certificate. Wasn’t able to get it today but if I didn’t try to secure it today, I wouldn’t be able to get it on time. Thanks God!

Yeah, not food, educational expenses, or gasoline. Not clothes or even hair dos (true I spend a lot on hair too but that’s only twice every year). Not even camera lenses!

But books. Yes, B-O-O-K-S!

I always buy books. My husband constantly does, too. And then I also buy lots of books for my son. Oh we seem to have a never-ending need for books. Thus the never-ending trips to the bookstore which - dear hubster, breathe, just breathe - bleed my wallet dry!

So really, if there is something that’s going to make me broke, it’s gotta be because of these books. :-)

The beach was devoid of any color except for few environmental litters that were washed ashore.

But this caught my eye:

One of the beachcombers, who was idly taking a break, owned this pair. It was simply hot, which was the exact opposite of the weather that day (actaully our trip was capped with rainshowers!).
