But really, sometimes when I see someone with a cool name necklace design, I would decide that I’d like to have one. Then when I see someone who seem “lost” with it, I simply forget of ever getting one. Thoughts ping-ponging, and so goes the reason why, over time,  I haven’t absolutely decided of  having one made for myself despite the fact that I consider personalized jewelry a nice gift to friends and family.

But call it my luck as I have recently received a personalized name necklace from the store that offers the widest selection of styles and languages of handmade personalized name jewelry, the Wow! Imports. And it’s all for free! Also, I got to choose the design of my initials on this sterling silver necklace. *Smile, smile*

I love this one and only necklace I possess which has my initials on it.  I really do, although at first sight I was a bit disappointed to see  the size of the name — I’d have liked it a tad bigger (but then that wouldn’t be proportional to the size of the chain, too). So if the chain is increased a bit in size along with the name, then it would have been perfect for me.  But apart from that, I think it’s lovely.  It’s lovely to have a name necklace afterall and I deeply hope I look lovely wearing it as well. *grins*   Gotta bring justice to  the craftmanship, which I believe is unquestionable! With its chain simply fine and smooth, I certainly have no  doubt with the quality of the product.  

In the end, I think there’s good in being fickle. Who’d have thought I could have one for free? And having it without forking out a single cent from my wallet, I seriously wouldn’t complain. Really, I gotta thank my lucky stars for sparing me from spending some moolah for a lovely accessory such as this one! Thanks ParentReviewers and Wow! Imports.

After a month long of rest, I’ll be coming back to work tomorrow. Oh chuck it, make that “very early tomorrow.” The show starts at 6AM.  Holy cow, it’s too early but I’ll get used to that again. Somehow. =)

I have prepared some of my things; my bag is ready. But my mind is not; my body -*shrugs* I don’t know.

It wasn’t all bed of roses but it’s been an enriching journey. A journey of self-realization and learning. Actually, it still is. With me and my love being of different personalities, I can’t help but be glad and feel blessed that we complement each other -so well and in so many ways. So different, yet looking at the same direction. It’s amazing really.

And I just feel truly blessed to be with someone I totally respect and absolutely love. (So okay I’ll stop there because I feel I’ll be getting more mushy if I add more.)

Couldn’t display all of my sites for more than ten minutes! I got the “cannot find server” prompt in my browser.

There must be a downtime but I didn’t receive any notification prior to this. Tried logging in to the webhost site to issue a ticket but lookie, lookie, I got the “cannot find server” again! Haaaay, I’m already too tired of all these unexpected downtimes.

Can I just say that I haven’t experienced frequent downtimes, or noticed there were any, in my previous webhost?

Here’s a mini-harvest I did one morning. Okra salad anyone? 

My brother grows vegetables, fruit-bearing trees etc… on a lot which he recently bought located just infront of us.

Everyone in the family, me included, thinks setting a vegetable garden is as wise a move as buying the property. 

It’s a huge blessing. And I always fancy eating fresh veggies every meal.

Rooted from the concept that we “create” our homes, the book offers practical and easy suggestions in organizing our homes, leading to a more balanced and meaningful lifestyle.

Reading the book from its first page, I instantly liked it  because of the charming images of  some homes and their interior.  It somehow echoes a longing in me to have my own abode. (BTW, more photos of homes and designs can also be seen throughout the book.)

And when I read through the first parts of the book, I appreciate it more for its step-by-step approach to “creating our homes.”   Not only does it have instructions that are easy to follow but the exercises are relevant to self-discovery and creation.   It also includes a handy notebook where we can jot ideas and inspiration.

Going through the steps (on a weekly basis), I realized that they slowly and carefully show us a window into our self, leading us to discover what are important and satisfying to us, and  what we really want  in our homes, in our lives.  Moreover, the suggestions are always ringing  of positivity.  Indeed, Comfort Living leads you in a journey where you can create limitless possibilities to make your house a home and to make everyday living comfortable as well as enjoyable.

That said, I consider Comfort Living a treasure. Infact, it made me want to immediately bring the concept into action. But living with my parents, I can only do as much as “revamping” our room. But one day soon, when I (and my family) finally get our own place, I hope to follow the suggestions I’ve read in this book.
