Now I don't even eat candy (although I do drink 1 soda a day) and I believe that the reason I can control myself around sugar is because it was never a big deal in my house. My mom was never strict about candy or sweets - she let us have candy and soda pretty much whenever. Now I don’t even eat candy (although I do drink 1 soda a day) and I believe that the reason I can control myself around sugar is because it was never a big deal in my house. I think if I have kids I’ll do that same. Then again, maybe not. Who knows!
