Thanks for your comment on my “Space” photos. Basically, all I do is fiddle with the photo using my editing software. I sharpen and soften repeatedly, use my solarization and other features repeatedly and just generally have fun with the software. Not really any different from what you might do in the darkroom. It just takes a lot less time and you don’t have all those chemicals.
My basic tenet when it comes to my photography is have fun and if you get lemons, make lemonade.
My software is a freebie that came with my camera, Photostudio. I have Adobe Photoshop Elements and have tried others but don’t particularly like them and stick pretty much to Photostudio.
