Do you know I feel funny sometimes. Whenever I get the chance to reciprocate TT bloggers visits and read their TT post, I do feel funny sometimes because contrary to theirs, my posts seem to go off the topic (from the theme).

But that’s because I always autopublish my posts here.  There are busy days when I cannot even comb my hair, how much more sneak out to write my posts.  That’s why I write them in advance while I have the time. I don’t want to miss posting on Thursdays.

Now even if as I said so, trust me, I have days when I battle with negativity  and it’s a little difficult to be grateful for stuffs… But counting blessings always keeps me from wallowing in negative pits. Keeps me from drowning in the sea of misery and unhappiness for long. It does help me from feeling low and dejected.

Counting blessings - small or simple as they are - makes life more bearable, if not happier. And counting blessings makes me feel so loved. Doing so doesn’t really make things right or change things for me, but almost always, it sets me in the “right” state. It puts me in a good place - and that is to be thankful. Despite everything.

To be thankful, even if. To be thankful, just because.

If you’ve not participated in Thankful Thursdays, consider this an invitation to join us. Drop by the TT HQ. :-)
