Are you feeling blue? Will lots of these take the blues away?

Chocolates are said to be anti-depressant and instant mood-lifters/enhancers. Researchers say getting enough quantities of chocolates (esp dark chocolates) can help release happy hormones called dopamine and serotonin.

Others, however, think that chocolate is just comfort food and the benefit is merely psychological and  ephemeral . But whatevs, at one time or another,   being able to munch, munch, munch on these is quickie blues buster enough to me… don’t you think so, too?

    heck yeah, chocs are blues buster. at least in my case. and as long as they’re the dark kind.
